About Us

Reema Cherian is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who provides compassionate, evidence-based care for clients across the lifespan. She is dedicated to promoting emotional wellness and improving quality of life through individualized treatment plans that integrate both medication management and holistic care. 
Before becoming a psychiatric nurse practitioner, Reema spent several years as a Registered Nurse in intensive care, where she developed strong clinical judgment, crisis management skills, and a deep understanding of the connection between physical and mental health. Her extensive ICU background allows her to approach psychiatric care with a comprehensive perspective, recognizing the interplay between medical conditions, emotional well-being, and lifestyle factors. 

In addition to her clinical experience, Reema has served in supervisory and leadership roles, mentoring nurses and guiding interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. This experience reinforced her conviction in the importance of collaboration, clear communication, and empowering both patients and healthcare professionals. 
Reema provides diagnostic evaluations and medical management for a wide range of mental health conditions, including anxiety disorders, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, trauma-related disorders, and schizophrenia. She works with children, adolescents, and adults, offering a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment for all clients.
